We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.

General Merchandise (Parts, Accessories)

• Timeframe: You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and sellable condition with all original packaging, tags attached, and proof of purchase (receipt).

• Refund Method: A full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

• Apparel: Padded cycling shorts cannot be returned for sanitary reasons if they have been worn.

Return Process

• Bring the item(s) you wish to return to our store location. For online purchases, please contact us first to initiate the return process.

• Provide Proof of Purchase: A sales receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

• Inspection: Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions.

• Receive Refund/Credit: Once approved, we will process your refund or issue store credit. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method statement.

Order Processing Time: 

• All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: 

• We ship within the continental United States only and via USPS Ground Advantage

• We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 for all items exclusing stickers which ship free

• Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days

• For delivery outside of the continental U.S., call 207-610-9899 for shipping rates

Order Tracking: 

• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages & Missing Packages: 

• Blue Hill Cyclery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
